History

The beginning

Actually everthing started with the idea to bring traditional thai food straight to the crowd and the simplest and most effective way was a foodtruck, so far so good, but as you can guess it obviously didn’t stop there.

The crew

Well great food does not come along with a good idea, to get great food you have to do all the magic stuff around that chef’s cuisine thing to actually make this all happen, in terms of great food we have the idea to combine mobility – with our truck – and we have the requirement to deliver a really high quality food.

With over 10 years experience in traditional thai kitchen and the foolishness to experiment to bring this traditional art of cuisine to de 21st century, we aim to deliver to you a new hybrid of thai quality food in its simplest and sophisticated form.

The truck

The classic Chevrolet Step Van from the 1980s was just the perfect choice considering the width and tallness of the back mount, to fit in all the necessary professional equipment that needs to be there. It was restorated from ground up, no compromises, which makes it the perfect choice when it comes to service high quality food, as mobile as possible to you folks.

With at least 10 years experience in traditional thai kitchen and the foolishness to experiment and to bring this traditional art of cuisine to de 21st century, we aim to deliver to you a new hybrid of thai quality food in its simplest and sophisticated form.
