The beginning

Actually everthing started with the idea to bring traditional thai food straight to the crowd and the simplest and most effective way was a truck. Foodtrucks as they are currently considered a cool hype all around the big thing that keeps people together around the world, great tasty and healthy food, was the choice to go for Greenmango Thai Food, so far so good, but it didn’t stop there…

The crew

…well great food does not come along with a good idea, to get great food you have to do all the magic stuff around that chef’s cuisine thing to actually make this all happen, in terms of great food we had the idea to combine mobility – with our truck – and we had the requirement to deliver a really high quality food – thai food – mixed up with highly experienced traditional thai cooking techniques and this tiny bit of flavourish experimental modern grain of salt wrapping all the things up. With at least 10 years experience in traditional thai kitchen and the foolishness to experiment and to bring this traditional art of cuisine to de 21st century, we aim to deliver to you a new hybrid of thai quality food in its simplest and sophisticated form.

The truck

The classic Chevrolet Step Van from the 1980s was just the perfect choice considering the width and tallness of the back mount, to fit in all the necessary professional equipment that needs to be there. It was restorated from ground up, no compromises, which makes it the perfect choice when it comes to service high quality food to people.
